Czech State Railways poster for Moravian Slovakia 1937 by Joža Uprka (1861-1940). After studying Fine Art in Prague Uprka studied art in Munich with Ludek Marold and Alphonse Mucha. He depicted the folklife of Southern Moravia in an art nouveau-influenced style.
Very good condition, backed on linen.
